Clinical Staff Physiotherapy OPD Role Overview The Clinical Staff will play a crucial role in providing high-quality physiotherapy services to patients in an outpatient setting They will work under the supervision of senior physiotherapist and will be responsible for assisting with various physiotherapy treatments and procedures Key Responsibilities Patient Care Conducting patient assessments and evaluations Prepare patients for physiotherapy treatments including setting up equipment and positioning patients Perform basic physiotherapy techniques such as soft tissue manipulation heat therapy and exercise guidance under the supervision of a physiotherapist Monitor patient progress and report any changes to the senior physiotherapist Will be required to attend IPD patients of the hospital as needed Will be required to attend camps conducted at various sites Administrative Tasks Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Schedule patient appointments and manage the OPD schedule Assist with inventory management of physiotherapy supplies and equipment Clinical Support Maintain a clean and organized work environment Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and calibrated Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge Qualifications and Skills Education Master Bachelor degree in physiotherapy or a related field Experience Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a clinical setting is preferred Fresher can also be considered depending upon the skill Knowledge and Skills Robust understanding of basic physiotherapy principles and techniques Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively as part of a team Attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency in using physiotherapy equipment and software Additional Requirements Certification Current certification in CPR Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation is mandatory Certification in advanced techniques like MFR CUPPING Dry Needling Etc Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 18 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
