Precast Plant Quality Controller Engineer Location Jaipur Rajasthan Industry Precast Civil Construction Position Quality Controller QC Engineer - Precast Plant Experience Required 2-6 years Precast industry preferred Qualification Diploma B Tech in Civil Engineering Key Responsibilities1 Precast Production Quality Monitor quality of precast elements such as columns beams slabs walls boundary walls and other precast components Check reinforcement work shuttering alignment cover blocks embedment lifting anchor placement Verify concrete grades slump temperature and workability as per standards Ensure correct mould preparation oiling and cleanliness before casting Maintain curing quality and finishing of elements post demoulding 2 Material Quality Control Check raw materials cement sand aggregates admixtures steel lifting anchors inserts and hardware Conduct tests like cube testing slump test aggregate gradation and steel testing Maintain material test certificates MTC and ensure compliance with IS standards 3 Documentation Reporting Prepare daily QC reports for production Maintain checklists inspection reports and test records Prepare NCR Non-Conformance Reports and follow up for corrective action Coordinate with production and site teams to resolve quality issues 4 Precast Element Inspection Dimensional checking of moulds and finished precast elements Surface finish inspection and marking of defects Maintain traceability of elements with tag numbers Approve elements before dispatch to the site 5 Standards Compliance Ensure production quality as per IS codes PCI standards or project specifications Implement SOPs and QA QC procedures in the precast plant Monitor safety compliance during casting and handling of precast elements 6 Coordination Coordinate with Plant Manager Production Engineers Design Team and Site Engineers Attend quality meetings and provide updates about defects improvements and corrective actions Required Skills Robust knowledge of precast production processes Experience in QA QC in precast or civil industry Ability to read structural drawings and BBS Hands-on experience with tests slump cube compressive strength Knowledge of IS codes related to precast RC work Good communication and documentation skills Basic knowledge of MS Excel QC checklists and reporting Salary Range Expected 20 000 - 40 000 per month Depending on experience and company standards Preferred Candidate Must be from Jaipur or nearby areas Ready to work in a precast plant environment Immediate joiners preferred Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 14 478 46 - 40 312 48 per month Work Location In person
