Job Summary The Executive - Store Warehouse ensures uninterrupted production by efficiently managing 140-150 raw material ingredient and packaging items This role maintains accurate inventory control across physical stocks and SAP systems ensures timely material availability proper documentation and compliance with internal and external standards The Executive also oversees daily warehouse operations including storage distribution and coordination with production procurement and vendor teams while maintaining high levels of accuracy operational efficiency safety and quality Roles Responsibilities Manage receipt storage and issuance of raw materials ingredients and packaging items Maintain accurate inventory records and data integrity in SAP and physical stock Monitor stock levels conduct cycle counts reconcile variances and implement FIFO FEFO practices Coordinate with production and procurement teams to ensure timely material availability Implement and monitor warehouse SOPs to optimize efficiency and productivity Liaise with vendors for timely deliveries and documentation compliance Ensure safety compliance proper material handling and adherence to quality standards Support continuous improvement initiatives within store and warehouse operations Technical Competencies Knowledge of inventory and warehouse management processes Proficiency in SAP MM Module or similar ERP systems Understanding of material handling storage norms and GRN processes Familiarity with FIFO FEFO and stock optimization techniques Ability to maintain documentation for compliance and audits Behavioural Competencies - Solid attention to detail and accuracy - Effective communication and coordination skills - Problem-solving and analytical thinking - Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities - Reliability discipline and process-oriented mindset KPIs Inventory Accuracy 100 accuracy between physical and SAP records Material Availability 100 availability of critical items to prevent production delays Order Fulfilment Timely and accurate distribution of materials to production lines Operational Efficiency Maintain 95 efficiency in warehouse and store processes Safety Compliance Zero workplace accidents and adherence to all safety standards Audit Readiness No major non-conformities in internal and external audits Work experience requirement Minimum 3-6 years of experience in stores warehouse or inventory management Experience in manufacturing FMCG food processing or similar industries preferred Hands-on experience with SAP or equivalent ERP systems Qualification Any Bachelor s degree preferable supply chain management Logistics Business Administration Commerce or a related field Additional certifications in Materials Management Inventory Control or SAP are an advantage Competencies Communicating effectively Customer Management Ownership Result Orientation Logistics Planning Dispatch Documentation Sales Order Process Management Business Unit Pristine Ingredients Pvt Ltd PIPL Business Group Bakery BK01
