Experience Required Minimum 5 Years Department HR Payroll Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Payroll Compliance Executive with strong knowledge of statutory regulations and end-to-end payroll processing The candidate should be capable of handling labour compliances liaising with government officials and ensuring timely submission of statutory returns Key Responsibilities Payroll Management Handle end-to-end payroll processing for all employees Maintain employee attendance leave records overtime and wage registers Ensure accurate salary calculations PF ESIC PT TDS deductions reimbursements incentives etc Generate salary slips payroll reports and reconciliation statements Coordinate with accounts for salary disbursement Statutory Compliance Ensure compliance with PF ESIC PT LWF Bonus Act Gratuity Act Shops Establishment Act and Minimum Wages Act Prepare and submit monthly statutory challans PF ESIC PT File returns and maintain statutory registers as per government guidelines Handle labour audits and government inspections Maintain contractor compliance agreements and documentation Liaisoning Coordination Liaise with government officials for compliance-related work Handle queries from HR employees and government departments Coordinate with external consultants if required Salary will be fixed based on the candidate s experience and interview performance Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Perks Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
