Position Overview We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our interior project sales team The role involves coordinating client requirements assisting in project documentation and ensuring seamless communication between clients sales executives and design project teams Key Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the sales project team Assist sales executives in preparing proposals quotations and presentations Coordinate with design procurement and execution teams to align project deliverables with client expectations Maintain accurate records of client interactions project details and sales documentation Track project progress and update clients on timelines milestones and deliverables Schedule and organize client meetings site visits and follow-ups Support in managing contracts billing and payment follow-ups Prepare regular sales and project status reports for management Job Types Full time Permanent Pay From 18 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
