Job Title Proposal Writer Location Vadodara or Remote Company Compu Vision Consulting INC Navitas Partners About the Company Compu Vision Consulting INC is a leading IT staffing and consulting firm providing end-to-end staffing technology delivery and consulting solutions We support clients across IT ETL NET database cloud and infrastructure domains We are looking for a skilled Proposal Writer to craft compelling proposals that strengthen our competitive edge and support business growth Summary The Proposal Writer is responsible for developing persuasive well-structured proposals including RFPs RFIs client bids and staffing submissions You will work closely with sales delivery and technical SMEs to gather information shape messaging and deliver high-quality proposal documents within tight timelines This role is central to driving winning strategies and supporting company growth Key Responsibilities Review and interpret RFPs RFIs and bid requirements to ensure complete understanding of scope and evaluation criteria Join kickoff meetings and collaborate with internal teams to define win themes and solution approaches Work with technical SMEs to gather inputs such as solutions delivery models timelines and differentiators Write edit and format proposal content including executive summaries technical narratives staffing plans compliance sections and cover letters Ensure all proposals are accurate compliant and aligned with client guidelines and internal quality standards Maintain and enhance a proposal content library for faster consistent submissions Manage multiple projects at once track deadlines and coordinate contributions from cross-functional teams Support post-submission requests such as clarifications updates and Q A Required Skills Qualifications Excellent writing editing and storytelling abilities with strong attention to clarity and impact Ability to translate technical information into clear client-focused content Strong communication and collaboration skills when working with sales delivery and technical teams Exceptional organization and time-management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines High attention to detail and commitment to quality and compliance Familiarity with IT services or consulting environments preferred Proficiency in MS Word PowerPoint and related documentation tools preferred Education Experience Bachelor s degree in English Communications Business Technical Writing IT or a related field or equivalent experience 2-5 years of experience in proposal writing technical writing or bid development preferably in IT consulting staffing or B2B services Experience managing end-to-end RFP RFI processes is highly desirable What Success Looks Like High-quality proposals delivered on time and fully compliant Clear compelling messaging that communicates our strengths and differentiators Improved win rates and stronger client positioning A well-organized proposal content library enabling faster submissions Solid teamwork and communication across internal departments
