Plant Head - Paper Industry Position Plant Head Industry Paper Manufacturing Location Vidhani Sitapura jaipur Experience Required 10 years Preferably in Paper Industry Role Overview The Plant Head will be responsible for end-to-end management of the entire manufacturing plant This includes overseeing production operations labour management compliance internal government audits safety standards machinery maintenance and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the plant Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the complete plant operations for consistent production output Plan monitor and control daily production activities to meet targets Manage labour workforce attendance discipline and productivity Ensure proper coordination between production maintenance quality stores and dispatch teams Handle internal audits and coordinate smoothly for government audits inspections Implement safety procedures statutory compliance and environmental guidelines Optimize machinery performance and reduce downtime Oversee raw material planning stock control and cost management Maintain documentation for compliance audits and reporting Improve operational processes reduce wastage and increase efficiency Monitor budget operational expenses and plant performance KPIs Train and develop staff to improve skill levels across teams Ensure overall discipline cleanliness and safety inside the plant Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Engineering Paper Technology Industrial Management preferred Robust experience in paper manufacturing processes and plant operations Excellent leadership and team-management skills Knowledge of internal audits statutory audits and regulatory compliance Strong problem-solving decision-making and crisis-handling abilities Good communication and coordination skills Ability to manage large labour teams effectively Job Type Full-time Pay 50 000 00 - 120 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Work Location In person
