Key Responsibilities Conduct visual inspection of painted parts and surfaces for defects such as dust runs orange peel color mismatch and gloss variation Support daily quality checks during different stages of the painting process pre-treatment primer top coat curing Assist in monitoring paint mixing ratios viscosity and temperature control Collect and record paint quality test data DFT adhesion hardness gloss etc Help maintain QC records and prepare daily inspection reports Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to report non-conformities Ensure that work area and inspection tools are maintained in proper condition Follow safety environmental and quality standards in the paint shop Skills Knowledge Required Basic knowledge of paint process pre-treatment primer top coat curing Understanding of chemical properties of paints and solvents Good observation and reporting skills Ability to read and follow standard operating procedures SOPs Willingness to work in paint shop environment and learn on the job Key Attributes Detail-oriented and quality-conscious Team player with valuable communication skills Ready to work in shifts if required Eager to learn and grow within the paint process quality domain Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 12 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Work Location In person
