About the Role We are looking for a disciplined and dynamic Equity Derivatives Dealer to join our high-performance wealth management team at Leading Equity Firm The role involves handling client trades monitoring RMS and margin calls and driving product sales through proactive client engagement and regular learning The candidate must demonstrate strong market understanding high energy excellent communication skills and a result-oriented approach Key Responsibilities 1 Trading Risk Management Execute client orders in Equity and Derivative segments with 100 accuracy and compliance Monitor RMS selling alerts client margins and MTM positions Coordinate with the RMS desk for margin shortfalls and take immediate corrective action Ensure all trades adhere to client limits and company risk guidelines 2 Market Preparation Research Log in by 8 30 AM and participate in the Motilal Oswal Morning Call Review global markets SGX Nifty and daily research reports Track FII DII data market trends and identify actionable ideas 3 Client Communication Sales Maintain daily talk time of 90-120 minutes with clients Make proactive client calls for MTF activation and pitching Equity ideas derivative trades and margin follow-ups Conduct minimum 2 client meetings per day post-market hours Sell and promote Motilal Oswal wealth products - PMS AIF Mutual Funds MLDs Algos and ULIPs Generate references and new client leads during meetings 4 Learning Product Knowledge Attend daily product learning sessions post-market Build in-depth understanding of investment products sales pitches and client suitability 5 Reporting Compliance Maintain daily call log and meeting tracker Submit End-of-Day report covering talk time meetings RMS issues and product learnings Log in to other internal systems for data and RMS monitoring Follow all compliance and trade confirmation protocols Key Performance Indicators KPIs Reporting Time - 8 30 AM Morning Call Attendance 100 Daily Talk Time - 90-120 mins Client Meetings - 2 per day RMS Alerts Closed - Same day Product Learnings - 1 per day Product Pitches - 3-5 clients day Daily Report Submission - By 7 PM Desired Candidate Profile Graduate Postgraduate in Finance Commerce Economics NISM Series-VIII Equity Derivatives certification - mandatory Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Dealer Relationship Executive in Equity or Derivatives Strong knowledge of equity markets futures options and margin trading Excellent communication client handling and sales skills Must be disciplined punctual and proactive in learning and client engagement Job Type Full time Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Application Question s 1 Can you share your total years of experience in dealing and the exchanges you have dealt with 2 Which trading terminals ODIN NEST NOW etc are you proficient in 3 How do you use technical and fundamental analysis in your day-to-day dealing Client Management 3 How do you use technical and fundamental analysis in your day-to-day dealing Client Management Experience Trading 3 years Required License Certification NISM Preferred Work Location In person
