We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Associate to join our team The HR Associate will play a key role in supporting daily HR operations employee engagement and ensuring smooth execution of HR processes This position requires excellent organizational and interpersonal skills to assist in building a positive and productive work environment Key Responsibilities Assist in end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes including job postings scheduling interviews and new hire orientation Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and ensure accuracy of data Support payroll preparation by providing relevant employee information leaves attendance etc Support employee engagement activities celebrations and company events Draft HR documents such as offer letters appointment letters exit letters and HR communications Collaborate with the HR team to improve HR processes and employee experience Requirements Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field 1-2 year of experience in HR or a similar role internship experience can be considered Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good knowledge of HR practices labor laws and HRIS systems is an advantage Proficiency in MS Office Word Excel PowerPoint Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Detail-oriented organized and able to manage multiple tasks effectively What We Offer A collaborative and supportive work environment Opportunities for learning and professional growth Employee engagement programs and recognition initiatives Competitive compensation and perks Job Type Full-time Pay 12 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
