Senior Site Engineer Location Mumbai Maharashtra Position Full-time We are a leading real estate development firm seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Site Engineer to join our dynamic team in Mumbai The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all on-site construction activities ensuring projects are completed on schedule within budget and to the highest standards of quality Key Responsibilities Project Execution Supervise and manage all day-to-day construction activities on-site ensuring work proceeds according to the project plan and schedule Quality Control Implement and enforce stringent quality control procedures Conduct regular inspections of materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with architectural drawings technical specifications and safety standards Quantity Survey Estimation Prepare accurate quantity take-offs from drawings estimate material requirements and manage on-site inventory to prevent wastage and shortages Contractor Management Billing Oversee the work of subcontractors verify measurements of completed work and certify contractor bills for timely payment processing Technical Coordination Interpret construction drawings and specifications resolve any technical issues or discrepancies on-site and coordinate with architects consultants and the project management team Reporting Maintain detailed site records including daily progress reports safety logs and material reconciliation reports Software Proficiency Utilize the latest version of AutoCAD to review drawings make necessary on-site modifications and ensure accurate execution Required Qualifications Skills Education A Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering B E - Civil from a reputed and recognized university is mandatory Experience A minimum of 7-8 years of hands-on experience in site engineering and construction management OR Proven experience in the successful completion of at least three end-to-end residential housing projects in the Mumbai region Technical Skills In-depth experience in Quality Control QC and implementing quality assurance plans Proficiency in Quantity Survey QS estimation and material management Demonstrable experience in contractor bill checking and certification Must have a strong working knowledge of the latest version of AutoCAD Attributes Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail Solid understanding of local construction regulations and best practices Interested candidates who meet the above criteria are encouraged to apply with their updated resume and a portfolio of completed projects Job Type Full-time Pay 40 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Benefits Paid time off Ability to commute relocate Vile Parle Mumbai Maharashtra Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Education Bachelor s Required Experience Civil engineering 7 years Required AutoCAD 4 years Preferred Work Location In person
