Quantity Surveyor QS Reports To Project Manager Commercial Head Project Head Experience Required 5-12 years Key Responsibilities BOQ and Estimation Prepare verify and update Bill of Quantities BOQ based on drawings and specifications Conduct rate analysis and prepare cost estimates for civil and MEP works Billing Measurements Take joint measurements at site and prepare contractor bills Verify subcontractor and supplier bills based on work done and contract terms Maintain and update measurement sheets and billing logs Cost Monitoring Control Track actual costs against budget and report variances Assist in preparing cash flow forecasts and project cost reports Tendering Contracts Assist in preparing tender documents including scope of work and commercial terms Evaluate contractor vendor quotes and negotiate rates Coordination Reporting Coordinate with site engineers planning and procurement teams for progress and material updates Generate MIS reports on cost progress billing and commitments Key Skills Strong knowledge of quantity take-offs BOQ rate analysis Proficient in MS Excel AutoCAD and QS software e g Candy CostX Understanding of contract law and construction contracts FIDIC CPWD etc Job Type Full time Pay 30 000 52 - 53 664 77 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
