Job Title Visual Merchandiser Customer Experience Associate Brand Nolabels in Locations Mohali Job Type Part time Reports To Brand Head About Nolabels Nolabels is a fast-growing fashion brand committed to redefining style with modern minimalist and inclusive fashion We focus on delivering high-quality designs with a bold effortless edge creating fashion without labels Job Summary We re looking for a passionate and creative Visual Merchandiser to join our team at Nolabels as a freelancer This role blends strong aesthetic sensibility with people skills you ll be responsible for bringing the brand to life in-store through visual displays while also providing a top-notch experience to every customer who walks through our doors Key Responsibilities Plan design and implement attractive in-store displays and window installations to highlight key products promotions and seasonal campaigns Ensure all visual merchandising is aligned with brand guidelines aesthetics and corporate identity Regularly update store layouts and product placements to maximize sales opportunities Conduct store visits to audit maintain and improve visual standards across locations Collaborate with marketing retail operations and store managers to execute promotional activities and product launches Monitor competitor activities and trends in visual merchandising to keep brand presentation innovative and competitive Manage VM props fixtures and inventory of display materials efficiently Train store staff on basic visual merchandising standards and upkeep Prepare reports on visual merchandising execution feedback and impact on sales Key Skills Competencies Robust sense of design creativity and aesthetics Knowledge of fashion retail trends and consumer behavior Good understanding of space planning and product display techniques Proficiency in design visual tools Photoshop Illustrator CorelDraw or similar - optional Excellent communication and collaboration skills Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines Flexibility to travel across store locations as required Qualifications Experience Bachelor s degree diploma in Fashion Design Visual Merchandising Retail Management or a related field 1-3 years of experience in visual merchandising preferably in retail fashion or lifestyle sector Freshers with strong creative portfolios may also be considered Job Type Full-time Pay 1 000 00 - 3 500 00 per day Benefits Leave encashment Work Location In person
