Job Title Purchase Executive Experience Required 3-4 Years Company JayAir System Private Limited Location Surat Gujarat Job Type Full-Time About the Company JayAir System Private Limited is a growing company in the HVAC systems industrial air handling solutions sector We specialize in delivering efficient reliable and customized solutions to our clients across various industries As our operations expand we are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to strengthen our procurement team Key Responsibilities Handle daily purchasing activities including raising purchase orders obtaining quotations and following up with vendors Identify and evaluate suppliers based on price quality service and reliability Negotiate pricing and payment terms with vendors to ensure cost-effective procurement Coordinate with internal departments production stores accounts to understand material requirements and timelines Track and ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve any delivery issues or discrepancies Maintain accurate records of purchases inventory supplier data and pricing Monitor stock levels and reorder materials as required to avoid shortages or overstock Assist in vendor development and performance evaluation Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and standards Key Requirements Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain Management Commerce Business Administration or a related field 3-4 years of experience in a Purchase Executive role preferably in a manufacturing engineering or industrial setup Good understanding of procurement processes supply chain and inventory control Strong negotiation and communication skills Proficiency in using ERP systems like Tally SAP etc and MS Office especially Excel Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a rapid-paced environment Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 10 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund
