We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Travel Agent to consult with clients design customized itineraries and manage all aspects of domestic and international travel bookings The ideal candidate has strong sales acumen exceptional customer service skills and proficiency in Global Distribution Systems GDS As a Travel Agent your primary duties will include Client Consultation Design Consult with clients to deeply understand their travel needs preferences budgets and constraints to design personalized custom itineraries including flights hotels local transport and activities Booking Management Utilize Global Distribution Systems GDS such as Amadeus Galileo Sabre or similar in-house tools to perform bookings conduct fare searches issue tickets and secure reservations for hotels ground transport and tours Administrative Support Process all necessary travel documentation including insurance visa support detailed proposals and comprehensive travel briefings visa weather local tips Post-Booking Support Proactively monitor and manage existing bookings efficiently handling modifications cancellations re-routing and refunds Service Issue Resolution Deliver excellent customer service before during and after the trip promptly resolving any client issues complaints or travel emergencies Relationship Building Build and maintain robust collaborative relationships with essential travel suppliers including hotels local operators airlines and tour vendors Industry Knowledge Stay current on global travel industry trends new offerings destination knowledge and travel advisories Reporting Maintain accurate and timely records of all client interactions bookings payments and sales reporting Sales Targets Work toward achieving set sales and booking targets if applicable Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Ability to commute relocate Sola Ahmedabad Gujarat Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package Required Education Bachelor s Required Experience Travel planning 1 year Required Language English Hindi Preferred Shift availability Night Shift Required Work Location In person
