About the Role

ZOLU is seeking an experienced Zonal Sales Manager with a strong background in the undergarment/hosiery industry. The candidate must have in-depth knowledge of the distribution model and an established network of undergarment distributors across West Bengal, Bihar, and Assam.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and expand ZOLU's distributor network.
- Appoint and manage distributors, wholesalers, and sales teams.
- Drive primary and secondary sales across the assigned territory.
- Increase retail coverage and market penetration.
- Achieve sales targets and business growth objectives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities,



and distributor performance.
- Implement sales promotions, schemes, and branding activities.
- Build strong relationships with distributors and key retailers.

Candidate Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in the undergarment/hosiery industry.
- Solid understanding of distributor-led sales and channel management.
- Existing contacts with undergarment distributors in West Bengal, Bihar, and Assam.
- Experience with brands such as Rupa, Lux, Dollar, VIP, TT, Dixcy Scott, Amul, Jockey, or similar.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and business development skills.
- Willing to travel extensively.
