Location:- Nagpur/Mumbai

Experience: 15 Years+ in Pharmaceutical Industry.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in any field/MBA

· Proven experience in sales, business development, or a managerial role in the pharmaceutical industry.

· Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

· Good geographical knowledge of the respective area.

Responsibilities:

1. To promote Company's flagship brand Amrut Tulsi Cough Syrup.

2. Team Management

· Recruit, lead, mentor, and manage teams of RSM, ASM & Sales Representatives. · Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the sales team’s skills and performance.
1. Customer Relationship Management:

· Build and maintain robust relationships with key customers, distributors, and healthcare professionals. · Address customer queries and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
1. To appoint Super stockiest/Stockiest/retailers

2. Sales And Marketing:

· Manage the sales and marketing operations for promoting products and the brand as well as increasing the sales. · Drive sales initiative and manage the frontline sales team to achieve the business goals.
1. Business Development:





· Establish alternate sales channel to support business volumes. · Ensure business growth in line with the profitability metrics.
1. Brand Management:

· Oversee the implementation of brand strategies to enhance the company’s brand presence and reputation in the market. · Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute brand promotion activities.
