Role Description The Yoga/Strength & Dance Coach is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South. The coach will lead daily yoga, strength, and dance-based fitness sessions tailored to diverse participant needs and abilities.

Responsibilities include planning structured class routines, demonstrating safe techniques, correcting posture and alignment, and providing individualized guidance. The role also involves monitoring participant progress, offering motivation and feedback, and collaborating with colleagues to design holistic wellness programs.



The coach will help cultivate an inclusive, supportive studio environment that encourages regular practice, body awareness, and overall well-being.

Qualifications

Solid yoga instruction skills, including experience with Ashtanga and Vinyasa styles.

Demonstrated teaching abilities with a focus on clear, supportive guidance in group and individual sessions.

Effective communication skills for engaging diverse participants and delivering accessible explanations.

Experience or interest in strength training and dance-based fitness, with an emphasis on safe movement practices.

Relevant certifications in yoga, fitness, or dance instruction; additional wellness or mindfulness training is an advantage.

Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru South and maintain a consistent full-time schedule.
