Somatheeram Ayurvedic Hospital and Yoga Centre, an internationally acclaimed Ayurveda hospital set in a resort ambiance, is seeking a professional and experienced Yoga Instructor to conduct safe, effective, and personalized yoga sessions for guests. The role involves guiding guests through yoga practices, adapting sessions to individual needs and abilities, providing appropriate instructions on postures and breathing techniques, and maintaining a welcoming and supportive environment while upholding the resort’s high standards of wellness and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

- Conduct daily group yoga sessions as per the scheduled programme.
- Lead personalized and private yoga therapy sessions for guests based on their individual needs.
- Assess guests’ fitness levels and physical capabilities, and adapt yoga practices accordingly.
- Guide guests in meditation, pranayama, relaxation techniques, and other wellness practices.




- Maintain discipline, cleanliness, and readiness of the yoga hall and ensure a safe workplace for all sessions.
- Coordinate session plans and specific guest requirements with Ayurveda doctors to ensure appropriate and personalized wellness programmes.
- Maintain accurate attendance records and prepare and submit inventory and other required reports to the HOD.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹19,500.00 per month
