Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Worksite Supervisor to oversee and coordinate our furniture and interior work at customer sites. The supervisor will be responsible for regularly visiting sites, coordinating workers and installers, checking measurements and work quality, ensuring materials are available, and making sure projects are completed properly and on schedule.

The ideal candidate should be practical, responsible, positive at coordinating people, and willing to travel to different work sites as required.

(A valid driving license is compulsory)

Key Responsibilities

- Visit project sites regularly and monitor ongoing furniture and interior works.
- Supervise carpenters, installers, helpers, electricians, painters, and other workers involved in the project.
- Ensure that materials, hardware, tools, and other required items are available at the site.




- Coordinate the delivery and installation of furniture and interior items.
- Monitor the progress of work and ensure projects are completed within the scheduled timeline.
- Check the quality and finishing of furniture and interior works.
- Identify mistakes, defects, or site issues and arrange for them to be corrected.
- Ensure workers follow proper instructions and maintain discipline at the site.
- Coordinate with clients regarding site access, work progress, installation requirements, and minor site-related concerns.
- Take photographs and provide regular updates on site progress to the management.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
