Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Workflow & Automation Executive to streamline processes by improving automation tools and managing workflow systems. The role focuses on reducing manual work, enhancing efficiency and ensuring smooth task flow across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Optimize and manage automation tools to reduce manual intervention (e.g., automated emails, task triggers, notifications)
- Design and improve workflow systems to ensure smooth movement of tasks between the teams.
- Assist in implementation of new tools or systems for automation and workflow management
- Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, delays and implement improvements.
- Coordinate & align workflows with business requirements
- Maintain and update process documentation (SOPs, trackers, workflow maps)




- Monitor daily operations and ensure adherence to defined workflows
- Generate reports on workflow efficiency, turnaround time and process improvements

Requirements:

- 2-3 years of experience in operations, workflow management, or process optimization
- Solid understanding of automation and workflow concepts
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets / Microsoft application
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail

Office Timing: Monday to Friday: 12:00pm to 8:00pm

Alternate Saturday & Sunday fixed off
