As a Workday Technical- Associate 2, you will engage in client support within our Digital Core Modernisation network, focusing on Workday technology solutions. This role offers the chance to work directly with clients, helping them navigate and implement Workday HCM solutions effectively.

Responsibilities Supporting client engagement and contributing to Workday HCM projects

Developing technical skills in Workday Extend, Workday Integration, and Workday Studio

Participating in process improvement and optimization initiatives within Workday technology

Engaging in strategic technology planning to enhance business transformation efforts

Utilizing Workday Prism Analytics for data analysis and reporting

Collaborating with teams to design automation solutions and improve workflows

Applying intellectual curiosity to explore innovative solutions and drive project success

Assisting in Workday reporting and analytics to provide actionable insights What You Must Have At least a Bachelor's degree

At least 1+ years of experience

Oral and written proficiency in English required What Sets You Apart At least one of the following: One or more Workday certifications aligned to technical architecture and integrations, including Workday Integrations, Studio, Extend, Security, or related platform technology credentials

Demonstrating proficiency in Workday HCM and Workday Studio

Utilizing Workday Prism Analytics for data-driven insights

Engaging in strategic technology planning for business transformation

Participating in process improvement and optimization initiatives

Excelling in active listening and communication within team environments
