We are looking for an experienced Workday Learning Consultant (SME) with solid functional expertise in Workday Learning to lead solution design, configuration, and client engagements.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and implement Workday Learning (Courses, Programs, Campaigns, Content & Certifications)
- Gather client requirements, conduct workshops, and design functional solutions
- Manage learning workflows, compliance training, testing, and deployment
- Drive learning analytics, certification management, and mentor junior consultants

Mandatory Skills

- 6+ years of Workday HCM & Workday Learning experience
- Workday Learning Certification (Mandatory)
- Strong functional expertise in Learning Management, Content Management & Compliance Training
- Experience in client-facing consulting and end-to-end implementations
