Role Description The Workday HCM Consultant role is a full-time hybrid position with flexibility for partial work from home. The consultant will configure, implement, and support Workday Human Capital Management modules, including core HR and employee benefits, in line with client requirements. Daily responsibilities include gathering and analyzing business needs, designing system solutions, performing testing, and ensuring data integrity and compliance.

The role involves collaborating with client stakeholders, preparing documentation, delivering user training, and providing ongoing functional support. The consultant will also participate in continuous improvement initiatives, recommend best practices, and contribute to project planning and status reporting.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong expertise in Human Capital Management and Human Capital to design and optimize HCM solutions.

Overall 4+ years of relevant experience in Implementation, Roll Out, Upgrade and Support projects related to Workday HCM Applications

Proficient in Implementing IT/business Solution in Workday HCM building Integrations, Reports, Customization of Business process utilizing native Workday tools.

Proficient in Running reports to detect changes in the system from time to time

Proficient in performance tuning of reports and Integration code





Strong hands-on experience in Workday technologies - Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Advanced Report Writer, Cloud Connect (PICOF, PECI, CCW, CCB), Business Process Framework, Configurable Security, Calculated Fields, Custom fields, XML/XSLT, Studio, BIRT Reporting & data analytics

Excellent understanding of workday Time and absence module, particularly

Able to translate business requirements to technical solutions.

Experience in Workday Production support, including, but not limited to, researching, and resolving system problems, unexpected results or process flaws. Recommends solutions or alternate methods to meet business objectives.

Experience in troubleshooting Data issues / Corrections, Workday Reporting and Analytics and Security configs and changes

Develop and document technical specifications, develop test conditions, conduct acceptance testing, and implement solutions. Help troubleshoot issues and processes and aggressively drive toward resolutions.

Should have experience in HCM Modules (Core HR, Compensation, Recruitment, Advantages, Payroll etc...)

Must be knowledgeable in Agile, Waterfall, and DevOps methodologies

Should be proficient in all the delivered HCM processes and reports, suggest best practices.

should possess solid knowledge of Human Resources (HR) processes for areas such as workforce administration, talent management, and compliance.
