Role Summary The WordPress Web Developer with 1–2 years of experience to build, optimize, and maintain high-performing WordPress websites. The ideal candidate should have expertise in WordPress development, technical SEO, website performance optimization, analytics, and CRM integration. You will work closely with design, sales, and marketing teams to create engaging digital experiences that drive business growth.

? Roles & Responsibilities

- Build, customize, and maintain WordPress websites with a mobile-first and performance-first approach.
- Develop custom WordPress pages using Elementor, Gutenberg, or Divi.
- Convert Figma/UX wireframes into pixel-perfect, responsive, and cross-browser-compatible websites.
- Optimize website performance by improving Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, INP) and page loading speed.
- Perform technical SEO implementation, including meta tags, schema markup, URL optimization, internal linking, and XML sitemaps.
- Conduct regular website audits to identify and resolve broken links, redirect chains, crawlability issues, and indexing errors.
- Integrate and maintain Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM) for event tracking and conversion measurement.
- Configure and manage Zoho CRM to capture and route leads from websites and landing pages.
- Implement and maintain Zoho SalesIQ chatbots and lead qualification workflows.
- Troubleshoot website issues, plugin conflicts, and security vulnerabilities.




- Collaborate with UI/UX Designers, Marketing, and Sales teams to enhance user experience and achieve business objectives.
- Stay updated with the latest WordPress, SEO, and web development best practices.

? Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in WordPress/Web Development.
- Hands-on experience in developing responsive and SEO-friendly websites.
- Experience with WordPress theme customization and plugin integration.
