Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Woods Site Supervisor located in Ahmedabad.

Supervisor will oversee daily operations at the site, manage project execution, ensure adherence to quality and safety standards, and coordinate with team members and subcontractors.

Responsibilities include supervising installation processes, inspecting materials, maintaining timelines, and reporting project progress to stakeholders. The role requires effective team management and the ability to resolve challenges in office efficiently.

Qualifications

- Experience in site supervision, project management, and construction processes
- Knowledge of woodwork, materials, and hardware, with expertise in installation
- Skills in coordinating with teams, subcontractors, and vendors
- Ability to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Excellent organizational,



problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Proficiency with relevant tools and equipment
- Prior experience in residential or commercial woodworking projects is preferred
- Diploma or degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is advantageous

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Oversee fitting and installation of doors and frames at the client’s site.
- Ensure work is carried out as per design, measurements, and quality standards.
- Manage fitting teams and coordinate with project coordinator for schedules.
- Resolve on-site issues, such as alignment or material defects.
- Report installation progress, delays, or rework requirements.
