The award provides financial assistance to adult learners in Continuing Education technology programs who face barriers and identify as women. This award supports equitable and inclusive participation in lifelong learning opportunities. The Award The fund was established to provide assistance to adult learners who have chosen to pursue educational goals, often while maintaining a full-time career and family life commitments.

Value: Up to $500

Number: Two per year (if funds allow)

Application Deadline: August 1

Eligibility Criteria

Students who meet the following criteria are eligible to apply:

- Be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident
- Have registered in a course connected to a Continuing Education Computer and Information Technology program (e.g., professional certificate, skilled diploma, certificate of completion, digital badge)
- The application will request information regarding self-identification
- Story-based questions
- Optional submission of a resume
