Key Responsibilities

- Assist in lead follow-ups and client communication
- Understand customer requirements and pitch services
- Support sales calls, meetings, and presentations
- Work on CRM updates and lead tracking
- Coordinate with marketing team for campaigns
- Learn sales strategies and closing techniques

- Confidence in talking to clients (calls/meetings)
