Aurex Real Estate is looking for an HR Executive – Talent Acquisition & HRBP to support our growing team and manage key HR functions across the organisation.

The role combines Talent Acquisition, HR Operations and HR Business Partner responsibilities and requires someone who can work closely with employees, department heads and management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment across Sales, Marketing, Operations and other business functions
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals and other appropriate recruitment channels
- Screen applications and conduct initial candidate interviews
- Coordinate interviews, offers, joining formalities and onboarding
- Maintain recruitment pipelines and hiring trackers
- Manage employee records and HR documentation
- Support attendance, leave and employee lifecycle processes
- Coordinate employee engagement and internal HR initiatives
- Assist with performance management and employee feedback processes




- Address routine employee concerns and coordinate appropriate resolutions
- Work with department heads on manpower planning and hiring requirements
- Support implementation and improvement of HR policies and processes
- Maintain accurate HR reports and employee information
- Act as a point of coordination between employees and management

Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 1 year of relevant professional experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations or a related function
- Understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organisational and documentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment requirements and HR responsibilities simultaneously
- Familiarity with HRMS, ATS, recruitment platforms or HR reporting tools is an advantage
- Experience in real estate or a sales-driven organisation is preferred, but not mandatory
