The Opportunity

We are looking for energetic, driven Business Development Interns to build strategic, win-win referral partnerships with local gyms and fitness centers. You will lead outreach efforts for a two-way referral ecosystem that bridges medical weight loss with active physical fitness.

Key Responsibilities

- Gym & Fitness Outreach: Identify, target, and pitch owners and managers at local gyms, boutique fitness studios, and health clubs.
- Value Pitching: Present our mutually beneficial partnership model to fitness directors:
- 2-Way Patient Referral: DrGodly refers weight-loss patients to partner gyms for physical training, while gyms refer members seeking medical weight-loss solutions to DrGodly.
- Free Software Provision:



Gyms receive complimentary access to the DrGodly Fitness & Nutrition Tracking App—including automated report generation—for all their active members.
- Partnership Management: Onboard partner facilities, manage relationship touchpoints, and track monthly referral conversions.

What We Are Looking For

- Robust verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive personality.
- Passion for healthcare, fitness, wellness, or startup growth.
- Self-starters who are comfortable with cold outreach, networking, and relationship building.
- Background or active studies in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related fields.
