Job Summary
HAIDIAURA Renewables is looking for a skilled and responsible Welder to join our solar installation team. The candidate will be involved in fabrication, welding, and installation-related work for solar mounting structures and other metal components.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform welding and fabrication work for solar panel mounting structures.
- Read and understand basic measurements and fabrication requirements.
- Cut, align, weld, and assemble metal structures accurately.
- Assist the installation team with mounting structure-related work.
- Ensure proper alignment, strength, and finishing of welded structures.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and use appropriate protective equipment.
- Maintain welding tools and equipment in positive working condition.
- Complete assigned work within the required timeline.
- Work effectively with the installation and technical team.
Requirements
- Previous experience in welding or metal fabrication preferred.
- Knowledge of welding techniques and basic fabrication tools.
- Ability to understand measurements and work accurately.
- Physically fit and comfortable working at installation sites.
- Responsible, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team.
- Experience in solar mounting structure fabrication will be an advantage.
Work Details Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Location: Vembayam, Thiruvananthapuram
Salary: ₹20,000/- to 40,000/-
