Role Description The Wedding Designer will be responsible for designing and executing wedding décor concepts that align with each couple’s vision and Fleur Story’s creative standards. Day-to-day tasks include meeting clients to understand their preferences, developing mood boards and design themes, selecting décor elements and floral arrangements, and coordinating with vendors and production teams.

The role also involves in office supervision of setup and dismantling, ensuring quality control, managing timelines, and resolving any décor-related issues on event days.





The Wedding

Designer will collaborate closely with planners, coordinators, and suppliers to maintain seamless execution and a consistent aesthetic across all event spaces. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India.

Qualifications

- Strong creative and design skills, including concept development, color theory, and spatial planning for events.
- Experience in wedding or event décor, floral design, and styling for ceremonies, receptions, and related functions.
- Proficiency in client communication, requirement gathering, and presenting design proposals or mood boards.
- Ability to coordinate with vendors, production teams, and venue staff to manage logistics and décor installation.
- Attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work under tight timelines and during peak event seasons.
- Comfort with on-ground work, including supervising setups, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring safety and quality standards.
- Familiarity with design tools or software (e.g., basic graphic or presentation tools) is an advantage.
- Prior experience in weddings, events, hospitality, or a related creative field is preferred.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.
- Diploma or degree in event management, design, hospitality, or a related discipline is beneficial but not mandatory.
