Position Customer Success Intern Company Cutting Edge Digital Private Limited Mogi I O Location Saket Current Delhi On-site Employment Type Internship Duration 6 Months About Mogi I O Mogi I O is a next-generation media tech SaaS venture revolutionizing the OTT industry with its plug-and-play no-code white-label OTT solutions We are looking for enthusiastic interns who are eager to learn contribute and grow with us in a fast-paced environment Role Overview We are seeking motivated Customer Success Interns who will support the client success and project management team This role offers a great opportunity to learn how client relationships are managed how digital products are deployed across platforms and how structured project execution works in a SaaS environment Key Responsibilities as an Intern Assist the customer success team in managing client communications and maintaining strong client relationships Support coordination with internal teams development QA design operations to ensure smooth project execution Learn and support the publishing and deployment process of applications Web Android iOS Help in preparing and documenting Minutes of Meetings MoMs for client calls and follow up on assigned tasks Track project timelines and deliverables under the guidance of the project manager Provide assistance in monitoring project status and identifying potential risks or blockers Support in ensuring clients adopt and effectively use Mogi IO s solutions Requirements Current student or recent graduate in Business Administration Computer Science IT Project Management or related fields Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good organizational skills with attention to detail Eagerness to learn about client success project management and SaaS platforms Familiarity with tools like JIRA Trello MS Teams Proactive enthusiastic and a team player What We Offer Hands-on exposure to real client projects in a fast-scaling SaaS company Opportunity to learn from an experienced team working with international clients Internship certificate and recommendation based on performance A chance to convert to a full time role upon successful completion of the internship Job Type Internship Contract length 6 months Pay 144 000 00 - 180 000 00 per year Work Location In person
