About the Academy of Event Planning The Academy of Event Planning is a professional institute dedicated to training aspiring event planners through certified courses workshops and hands-on experience We equip students with the skills knowledge and network necessary to excel in the dynamic world of event management Job Role Responsibilities As a Marketing and Operations Intern you will support the daily functions of the marketing and operations teams while gaining practical industry experience You will play a key role in assisting with the execution of marketing strategies and operational workflows for our programs and events Assist in creating scheduling and managing content for social media platforms Support email marketing campaigns and promotional communications with day-to-day follow-ups Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities Assist with branding and promotional initiatives for new course launches and event Assist in managing student registrations inquiries and onboarding Maintain and organize operational records attendance and reports Support quality control processes and feedback collection for continuous improvement Help ensure smooth day-to-day administration of the academy s programs Qualifications Skills Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree diploma in Marketing Business Event Management Communications or related field Strong verbal communication skills Basic understanding of social media platforms Valuable organizational and time-management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and or Google Workspace Job Types Full-time Fresher Internship Contract length 6 months Pay 6 000 00 - 8 000 00 per month Benefits Paid sick time Work Location In person
