About the Role We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead the quality function in our aluminium manufacturing operations The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge and hands-on experience with IATF 16949 ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 ensuring that our production processes meet the highest standards of quality safety and environmental compliance Key Responsibilities Develop implement and maintain quality management systems in compliance with IATF 16949 ISO 14001 ISO 45001 Lead internal and external audits ensuring readiness for certification and compliance Define quality objectives KPIs and processes specific to aluminium manufacturing operations Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality reduce defects and optimize production efficiency Collaborate with production engineering procurement and maintenance teams to ensure quality at every stage of the manufacturing process Conduct root cause analysis for quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions Supervise and mentor the quality team fostering a culture of accountability and excellence Ensure environmental health and safety standards are integrated into daily operations Monitor supplier quality and coordinate improvement plans with vendors Required Skills Qualifications Minimum 7 years of experience as a Quality Manager preferably in aluminium metal or automotive manufacturing Strong knowledge of IATF 16949 ISO 14001 ISO 45001 standards and quality methodologies FMEA 8D SPC PPAP APQP Solid understanding of metallurgical processes extrusion rolling casting or finishing operations in aluminium production Excellent analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills Leadership experience with a track record of driving high-performing teams Strong communication skills for cross-functional coordination Preferred Exposure to Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma or Kaizen in aluminium metal production Experience managing supplier quality for critical components What We Offer Lead and influence the quality culture in a growing aluminium manufacturing company Professional growth skill development and exposure to international quality standards Competitive salary and benefits package Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 30 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Work Location In person
