About the Role We are looking for a dedicated and proactive HR Manager to manage and oversee all human resources practices and processes The HR Manager will play a key role in aligning HR strategies with business goals fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring smooth HR operations Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end recruitment process sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding Develop and implement HR strategies policies and procedures aligned with the overall business strategy Handle employee relations conflict resolution grievance handling and employee engagement Oversee performance management systems appraisals and career development programs Manage payroll attendance and leave records with accuracy Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements Organize training programs and skill development initiatives for employees Drive employee engagement activities to maintain a motivated and productive workforce Support management in strategic decision-making with HR insights Maintain HR documentation employee records and reports Skills Qualifications Bachelor s Master s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar HR role Robust knowledge of HR functions talent management payroll compliance performance management etc Good understanding of labor laws and HR best practices Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools Ability to manage confidential information with integrity Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Work Location In person
