Company Thrive Amusement Location Delhi Noida Gurgaon About Thrive Amusement Thrive Amusement is a growing family entertainment brand offering kids play areas arcade games and birthday party experiences We are committed to providing children and families with a safe fun and memorable time Role Overview We are seeking a proactive and responsible Store Manager to take full ownership of the daily operations at our kids play and arcade center The role involves team management customer service financial oversight and ensuring high standards of safety and hygiene Key Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day operations of the play area and arcade zone Ensure a safe clean and welcoming workplace for children and families Supervise and manage staff attendants cashiers cleaners event staff Handle customer queries complaints and feedback with professionalism Manage billing POS systems and monitor entry exit procedures Ensure compliance with safety hygiene and child protection standards Coordinate and execute birthday parties group bookings and in-store events Recruit train and evaluate staff on SOPs service standards and safety Handle cash management daily sales reconciliation and reporting Track inventory and supplies for smooth operations Provide weekly and monthly operational updates to management Qualifications Graduate in any discipline Hospitality Retail or Business Management preferred 2-4 years of experience in retail family entertainment centers daycare or hospitality Prior experience as a supervisor assistant manager manager in customer-facing operations Skills Required Strong leadership and team management capabilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Customer-first mindset with the ability to engage well with children and parents Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure Basic computer proficiency Excel billing software POS Job Type Full-time Pay From 30 000 00 per month Application Question s Do you have prior experience managing a retail store entertainment center or hospitality outlet Are you comfortable working on weekends and public holidays Work Location In person
