Mission Description MD a Administration i Keep close contact with the Cadets and pay attention to their health hygiene and general life in the hostel ii Function under the overall charge coordination of the Campus Commandant CC and be responsible for the smooth functioning of the hostels iii Be personally responsible for each cadet iv Ensure that the cadets observe the hostel rules properly and maintain discipline and decorum and promptly report to the CC all cases of misbehaviour indiscipline and sickness of the cadets v Be available with the cadets wherever the yare present at all times vi Be responsible for the proper upkeep and maintenance of hostel properties vii Be responsible for upkeep care maintenance and security of personal belongings of cadets viii Allotment of hostel rooms beds and cupboards ix Be responsible for the overall security of the hostel and coordinate with the security of the school x Periodically verify the furniture and fittings of the hostel with the assistance of the Caretaker and take action for their replacement or for obtaining additional furniture xi Be responsible for general matters relating to health of cadets and accompany them to Govt Pvt hospitals Serious cases to be reported to CC for immediate action xii Ensure study room is always functional and be present during the Private Study Period and ensure discipline and decorum xiii Be responsible for all matters relating to hygiene sanitation and cleanliness of the hostel xiv Supervise the work of the sanitation staff and regularly inspect to ascertain the standard of cleanliness xv Be responsible for proper hostel layout cupboard discipline and cleanliness xvi Maintain and update documents related to Hostel xvii Be present in the office for self-improvement and upgradation and also for any incidental task assigned by CC during academic classes hours xviii Ensure proper laundry service xix Maintain IRLA Pocket Money in respect of each GC ensure a good credit balance always xx Manage weekly phone calls to parents xxi Perform any task assignment allotted by Head Office and CC b Training i Ensure safety Security of Cadets during Training ii Conduct Training PT Drill Games under supervision of Campus Commandant iii Assist in organising Training events and outdoor activities iv Educate the Cadets in First Aid health hygiene Job Type Full time Pay 300 000 00 - 450 000 00 per year Benefits Food provided Language English Preferred Work Location In person
