As a Senior Admissions Officer you will oversee the entire admissions lifecycle from strategy development to final enrollment You will lead our admissions team optimize recruitment processes and play a key role in shaping the future student body of our institution This position requires a blend of leadership strategic thinking and hands-on admissions expertise Key Responsibilities Lead and Mentor Supervise train and mentor the admissions counselling team to achieve and exceed enrollment targets Strategy Development Design and implement effective student recruitment strategies tailored to local and regional markets Oversee Admissions Cycle Manage all aspects of the admissions funnel including application review interview processes and final selection Data Analysis Reporting Analyze admissions data to identify trends measure performance and prepare comprehensive reports for senior management High-Level Representation Act as a senior representative for the institution at major education fairs conferences and corporate partnership meetings Handle Escalations Manage complex applicant cases and serve as the final point of contact for critical admission decisions Qualifications and Experience Experience A minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in academic admissions with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or team lead capacity Leadership Skills Proven ability to lead motivate and manage a team effectively Strategic Mindset Solid analytical skills with the ability to develop and execute data-driven recruitment plans Communication Exceptional command of English and Malayalam with outstanding presentation and interpersonal skills Technical Proficiency Advanced proficiency in CRM software e g Salesforce Zoho and MS Office Suite Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Work Location In person
