Job role We are looking for a skilled co-ordinator who will be able to augment the training team to ensure the trainings are effectively planned all the pre and post training activities are completed Should be able to interface with the clients to effectively co-ordinate and also grow the business Responsibilities Reach out to customers to understand their training requirements Develop and maintain documentation records and reports related to training activities Work with the customers to plan the trainings and publish a training calendar Schedule the trainings maintain the LMS and ensure the same is delivered flawlessly Register candidates update records of the training Develop content and create collaterals for the training Work with the channel partners keeping them updated and help them with signups Requirements Must have at least a Bachelor s degree BA BSc BCom BBA BBM or the like A degree in Food Nutrition will be given preference Must have 1 to 2 year of relevant experience co-ordinating activities Valuable communication and interpersonal skills Should be able to converse in English Hindi and Kannada Organizational and time management abilities Creative thinking and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software Should have knowledge about Canva Local Bangalore candidates will be given preference
