Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Revit MEP Engineer to join a dynamic design team The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating accurate detailed and coordinated MEP Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing models using Revit This role involves collaboration with architects structural engineers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems into building designs Key Responsibilities Develop detailed 3D MEP models in Revit for various building types Perform clash detection and coordination with architectural and structural models Prepare construction drawings plans sections and schedules from Revit models Ensure models comply with client requirements company standards and industry codes Collaborate with project teams to provide technical input during design development and construction phases Assist in quantity take-offs and documentation for tender and construction purposes Stay updated with the latest Revit tools techniques and best practices Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Electrical or Civil Engineering or equivalent Proven experience in Revit MEP minimum X years preferred Strong knowledge of HVAC plumbing fire protection and electrical systems Familiarity with clash detection tools Navisworks BIM 360 etc Understanding of building codes standards and sustainable design practices Excellent communication and teamwork skills Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities Preferred Skills Experience in BIM 360 AutoCAD MEP Revit or related software Knowledge of LOD Level of Development modeling standards Exposure to large-scale commercial or industrial projects Job Types Full time Permanent Contractual Temporary Freelance Pay 13 341 16 - 49 781 36 per month Work Location In person
