Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable accounts receivable general ledger and bank reconciliations Prepare and review financial statements P L Balance Sheet Cash Flow on a monthly quarterly and annual basis Ensure timely filing of statutory compliances GST TDS PF ESI PT Income Tax etc Monitor cash flow budgets and forecasting to support business decision-making Oversee payroll accounting employee reimbursements and expense management Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations Coordinate with external auditors consultants and statutory bodies during audits and assessments Implement process improvements in accounting systems controls and reporting Supervise and mentor junior accountants and accounting staff Provide financial analysis and MIS reports to management for strategic planning Qualifications Skills Bachelor s Master s degree in Accounting Finance or related field CA ICWA CPA preferred but not mandatory Minimum 5-8 years of experience in accounting and finance with at least 2 years in a senior role Strong knowledge of accounting principles taxation laws and compliance requirements Hands-on experience with accounting software e g Tally SAP QuickBooks Zoho Books etc Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools Robust analytical organizational and communication skills Ability to handle pressure meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
