We are looking for a Payroll Executive to manage end-to-end payroll operations and ensure smooth HR and finance coordination The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented proactive and proficient in Excel and payroll processes Key Responsibilities Manage monthly payroll for all employees ensuring accuracy and timely processing Maintain payroll records deductions reimbursements and statutory compliance PF ESI TDS etc Coordinate with HR and Finance teams on attendance leave and salary-related queries Prepare payroll reports reconciliations and analytics for management review Identify process improvement opportunities and streamline payroll operations using Excel or payroll software Requirements Skills Proven experience as a Payroll Executive or similar role Strong knowledge of payroll processes and statutory compliance Excellent Excel skills formulas pivot tables reporting Ability to handle payroll for 100 employees Positive communication and coordination skills Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 30 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Work Location In person
