Responsibilities Order Processing Receive and process sales orders in a timely and accurate manner Coordinate with the sales team to ensure order fulfillment and delivery Customer Support Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and support Address customer issues and collaborate with the sales team to provide solutions Sales Team Assistance Assist the sales team in preparing quotations proposals and sales presentations Provide administrative support to enhance the team s efficiency Inventory Management Monitor and manage inventory levels to meet customer demands Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure product availability Sales Reporting Prepare and maintain sales reports including performance metrics and forecasts Generate regular reports for management to assess sales activities Coordination of Sales Meetings Coordinate internal and external sales meetings Prepare meeting agendas document minutes and follow up on action items Data Entry and Database Management Enter and update customer information in the CRM system Ensure data accuracy and completeness for effective reporting Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or a related field Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar role Robust organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel and PowerPoint Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 22 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Work Location In person
