we are looking for Store Officer Executive to join our energetic team and embark on a rewarding career journey Job description Manage and oversee store operations Monitor inventory levels and stock movements Coordinate with suppliers and vendors Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards Maintain documentation and records of store activities RM PM Stationary and Miscellaneous items indenting work RM PM receipt issues transfer activity in stores dept Physical stock audit of RM PM stocks Compliance Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements Good Manufacturing Practices GMP and other relevant standards Coordination with various Department like Purchase Finance and Suppliers QMS SOP preparation Maintaining accurate records of supply transactions Documentation Maintaining accurate records of stock movements expiry dates and other relevant information Compliance and Regulations Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards Documentation Maintaining accurate records of stock movements expiry dates and other relevant information managing the storage inventory and distribution of materials tools and equipment used by an engineering department Monitoring stores activity stores consumption and inventory variance Ensuring proper security is adhered to at all times Ensuring the store is clean organized and well-maintained adhering to hygiene and safety standards Managing the consumables procurement process for Green Field Project including selecting vendors and contracts Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring sufficient stock for stakeholders needs Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Project Production Finance Purchase or supply chain to achieve project goals Maintaining and follow up for Returnable material gone for repair or modification Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 40 399 04 per month Work Location In person
