Urgent CNC Operator Gemsons Precision Engineering Pvt Ltd About the Company Gemsons Precision Engineering Private Limited was established as a tool room in 1964 by Mr Thomas Pereira placing the company as a family-managed business with over 55 years of Engineering Business excellence We are a leader in the CNC machined component and assembly business Our world-class CNC machining services have become the popular choice for industry leaders like General Electric Siemens Emerson Electric Johnson Controls Tata Consultancy Services Danaher Corporation ABB and many other global engineering companies We strive to produce quality products and still be competitive efficient Link https www gemsons com Day to Day Responsibility of our Operator v Set up and operate CNC turning machines to perform turning facing threading and grooving operations on metal workpieces v Load raw materials into the machine select appropriate cutting tools and adjust machine settings e g cutting speed feed rate depth of cut to ensure proper operation and quality of finished parts v Interpret engineering drawings blueprints and work instructions to determine machining operations dimensions and tolerances for parts v Perform routine maintenance tasks on CNC turning machines such as tool changes lubrication and inspection of machine components to ensure optimal performance v Troubleshoot and resolve machine malfunctions tooling issues and quality problems to minimize downtime and ensure continuous production v Maintain accurate production records including job setup sheets tooling logs and quality inspection reports Our Ideal Operator v Proven experience as a CNC Turning Machine Operator v Ability to interpret engineering drawings blueprints and work instructions to set up and operate CNC turning machines v Excellent attention to detail and quality orientation with the ability to maintain high standards of accuracy and precision Skill Requirements v Knowledge of Vernier calliper micrometre gauges etc required v Knowledge of basic machine setting-off setting required Qualification Requirements v Minimum SSC passed required Location and commitments v Working hours - Mon to Sat - 6 days Working Culture - Rotational Shift v For Weekends we work 6 days a week Sundays are off Job Type Full-time Pay 26 000 00 per month Advantages Health insurance Provident Fund Education Secondary 10th Pass Preferred Experience CNC Programming 1 year Preferred total work 1 year Preferred Work Location In person
