As a U S Tax Preparer you will be responsible for preparing accurate and timely federal and state income tax returns for individuals estates and exempt organizations This role requires a understanding of U S tax regulations attention to detail and the ability to follow client-specific instructions You will work closely with reviewers and team leads to ensure compliance quality and efficiency throughout the tax preparation process About the Role Prepare accurate and timely federal state and city tax returns in accordance with client-specific instructions and deadlines Make corrections and adjustments to tax returns based on reviewer feedback Assist in the development and preparation of in-house training materials Participate in induction programs and attend tax update training sessions as required Perform document verification in SPbinder when applicable Effectively communicate and present information and respond to queries from managers and clients in a clear and professional manner About You Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in tax or accounting Freshers can also apply Strong understanding of key tax concepts practices and procedures Good communication and interpersonal skills Good analytical thinking and decision-making abilities Good understanding of applicable tax rates and laws Ability to interact effectively with clients and address their queries
