Job Summary We are looking for a Site Engineer with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in residential construction projects The ideal candidate should have robust technical knowledge site supervision skills and must be ready to travel to different sites in and around Alappuzha A two-wheeler and a valid driving license are mandatory Key Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the site Coordinate with contractors laborers and vendors to ensure smooth execution of work Monitor and ensure quality control and adherence to safety regulations Read and interpret architectural and structural drawings Maintain daily work reports and update project progress Manage material stock usage and requirements Ensure timely completion of work as per schedule Coordinate with project managers and other engineering teams Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in residential building construction Educational Qualification B Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license Strong knowledge of construction methods materials and site safety Proficient in MS Office and basic site documentation Good communication and leadership skills Willingness to work at various project locations within Alappuzha and nearby areas Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 23 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
