Job Summary We are dedicated to creating intelligent and engaging conversational experiences for users across various platforms We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology and linguistic expertise to provide seamless communication in multiple languages As a Marathi Linguistic Specialist you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy fluency and cultural relevance of our conversational AI solutions in Marathi Key Responsibilities Linguistic Analysis Conduct linguistic analysis of the Marathi language to identify linguistic patterns nuances and cultural elements relevant to the conversational AI domain Language Modeling Collaborate with the development team to create and refine language models for conversational AI in Marathi considering syntax grammar and vocabulary Translation and Localization Translate and localize content from English or other languages into Marathi ensuring cultural appropriateness and linguistic accuracy Quality Assurance Conduct rigorous testing and quality assurance of the conversational AI system to verify the linguistic accuracy and naturalness of the output in Marathi Data Collection and Annotation Work on data collection annotation and validation tasks for training conversational AI models in Marathi ensuring high-quality diverse and representative language data Grammar and Style Guide Development Develop and maintain a comprehensive grammar and style guide for Marathi to maintain consistency and quality in language usage within the conversational AI system Collaboration and Communication Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including engineers UX UI designers and product managers to integrate linguistic insights into the development process Feedback and Improvement Provide feedback and suggestions for improving the conversational AI system s performance and linguistic capabilities in Marathi Documentation Create and maintain documentation related to linguistic guidelines best practices and standard procedures for Marathi language usage in the conversational AI system Requirements Qualifications Bachelor s or Master s degree in Linguistics Computational Linguistics Marathi Language or a related field Proficiency in Marathi including an in-depth understanding of grammar syntax and cultural nuances Understanding with NLP Natural Language Processing and conversational AI technologies Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Attention to detail and a passion for language and linguistic analysis Previous experience in linguistic analysis translation or NLP projects is desirable Ability to adapt to a dynamic work setting and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Experience in working with language data annotation tools and linguistic databases Understanding of machine learning concepts and their application to language processing
