Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Specialist to join our team The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing various HR functions ensuring that our organisation attracts retains and develops top talent This position requires robust communication and analytical skills along with a thorough understanding of human resources processes and systems Duties Manage the recruitment process through Applicant Tracking Systems ATS such as Taleo and Workday ensuring a smooth candidate experience Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programmes to facilitate new hire integration Maintain and update the Human Resource Information System HRIS to ensure accurate employee data management Conduct data analysis to identify trends in workforce metrics and provide insights for strategic decision-making Develop and deliver presentations on HR policies procedures and initiatives to various stakeholders Provide support in performance management processes including goal setting and evaluations Assist in the development of training programmes aimed at enhancing employee skills and knowledge Supervise HR interns or junior staff members providing guidance and support in their professional development Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations while promoting best practices within the organisation Experience Proven experience in human resources management or a related field is essential Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as PeopleSoft or Workday is highly desirable Previous supervisory experience is an advantage demonstrating leadership capabilities within an HR context Solid communication skills are necessary for effective collaboration with employees at all levels of the organisation Data analysis skills are required to interpret HR metrics and inform strategic initiatives Presentation skills are essential for conveying information clearly and effectively during meetings or training sessions If you possess a passion for human resources and meet the qualifications outlined above we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity Job Type Full-time Pay 8 000 00 - 10 000 00 per month Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience HR Exiecutive 3 years Preferred Language English and Hindi Preferred Work Location In person
